Founded in July 2025, stacking sats inc. is a Bitcoin treasury holding company with a singular focus: building a durable, long-term Bitcoin reserve through strategic capital allocation.
The founding team – long-term Bitcoin advocates and seasoned entrepreneurs – launched the company as a natural evolution of their successful track record operating Framework IT.
Framework IT, headquartered in Chicago and serving clients nationwide, is a profitable managed IT services provider offering IT support, strategy, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
In 2021, Framework IT started acquiring Bitcoin on its corporate balance sheet, reflecting the leadership team’s conviction in sound monetary principles and the long-term value of Bitcoin.
As conviction deepened and opportunity expanded, the founders launched stacking sats inc. to take the Bitcoin treasury model to the next level. By creating a dedicated holding structure, stacking sats inc., the company is positioned to acquire more Bitcoin via both equity and debt capital and cash flow from Framework IT. The holding company structure also offers the flexibility to evaluate strategic acquisitions of additional cash-flowing businesses in the IT space, providing uncorrelated income streams and financial resilience in potential Bitcoin bear markets.
